Queen of Country Dolly Parton declares November to be the month of Dolly! The launch of the Australian leg of the Better Day Tour in June has been such a spectacular success, with multiple shows sold out, it has encouraged Chugg Entertainment to confirm that new shows will be added.
In addition to the scheduled shows across the country, including sold out shows in Sydney and Brisbane, Dolly will be playing a third show in Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena and a third show at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
The shows offer brand new production, lighting and videos. This tour offers all new sets and costumes with the exciting addition of new music from the brand new album titled Better Day which is being released nationally Friday 26th August. Don’t be discouraged by all of the brand new though; fans can also expect the description defying Dolly to belt out hits like 9 To 5, Here You Come Again, Jolene and the unforgettable I Will Always Love You.
To celebrate such a mammoth touring event Chugg Entertainment have launched a series of exclusive webisodes that feature never before seen Dolly Parton footage. The 14 part series, Dolly Parton Tour TV, touches on all aspects of her career; from her history as a performer, family life, career beginnings on local radio in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, influences, personal stories and an exclusive look at the recording of the new CD. This series gives fans a rare opportunity to really explore the icon that is Dolly Parton.
