The time is fast approaching when Fifty Shades of Grey will be available to enjoy on the big screen. The time when the fantasies of millions of women across the world will be made flesh.
Ever since the announcement of the film being made there has been much heated debate about the success of the franchise made film and I don’t see that abating anytime soon. I foresee this being a box office hit if only because millions of fans will want to see how the books translate.
The first trailer has been released by Universal for this highly anticipated movie set for release on Valentine’s Day 2015. Possibly a fabulous opening night for couples seeking a little loved up foreplay in the back row of a darkened cinema.
Casting choices have been under fire ever since they were announced so now is the time to take a first look at these actors in their latest roles. Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are set to sizzle on screen, we would love to know what you think of the choices.
Also appearing in the movie are Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford, Marcia Gay Harden, Rita Ora, Max Martini, Callum Keith Rennie, Jennifer Ehle and Dylan Neal.
Fifty Shades of Grey is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and produced by Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti alongside E L James, the creator of the series. The screenplay for the film is by Kelly Marcel and music is by Danny Elfman who has done scores of intense movies and this one is set to be no different. The trailer, and the movie, feature an exclusive version of Crazy In Love by Beyonce.
Fifty Shades of Grey is a global phenomenon with the trilogy being translated into 51 languages worldwide and having sold more than 100 million copies, it’s one of the biggest and fastest selling book series ever. It will be interesting to see how the movie holds up against the hype.
