I devour books, vampires and supernatural creatures are my genre of choice but over the past couple of years, I have broadened my horizons considerably. In a nutshell – I love to write! I love interacting with a diverse range of artists to bring you interviews. Perhaps we were perfect before – I LOVE WORDS!
would enjoy watching and leaving a reveiw
I received my copy of Trapped yesterday and I’ve already watched 3 episodes! I love it, they are indeed trapped by Mother Nature and with a murder in town!! It’s very exciting I can’t wait for tonight to get home and find out what’s happening now!!
Hi Karen, so glad you are enjoying it! We look forward to hearing your final thoughts once you have reached the end. Happy watching 🙂
Thanks very much for allowing me to trial Trapped, , i have watched all 3 Episodes. I loved this , it’s my kind of Movie,. I couldn’t stop watching it until i had finished it. There were so many twists and turns and that’s what kept me wanting more. I don’t want to spoil this Movie by revealing anything. I liked the Actors and the location of this Movie ( Looks like it might be a bit Cold of there). I found this Movie to be quite exciting lots of things happening which kept me entertained. I would recommend this Movie to Family and Friends if you mysteries. Thanks again for allowing me to trial Trapped. 🙂
My DVD copy of Trapped (Season One) arrived last week. Initially I wondered how I was going to go watching 10 episodes with subtitles, thinking that it might be too arduous. But please don’t let that put you off! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly you are drawn into the series.
Trapped is a crime drama, set in the striking back drop of Iceland. The treacherous weather adds to the drama and ambiance of the somewhat grim tone of the show.
Andri Olafsson an experienced Policeman sets out to investigate a body that was discovered on the coastal fjord. However the case opens a Pandora’s Box of complexity to the town’s people in the seemingly sleepy town.
This series kept me guessing right from the start; with lots of twists and turns it leaves you wondering about the show even after you finish watching it. The acting felt realistic and it was hard not to feel empathy towards Andri and the various situations he faced.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed watching Trapped, and fingers crossed for a Season Two! I would not hesitate to recommend this Nordic crime series. Thank you Beauty and Lace for the opportunity and for the many entertaining hours watching Trapped DVD Season One!
Omg this is really one to watch while I’m with someone – either a bestie or a spouse – it’s nice to have hubby to snuggle into during these episodes. This is something for those who love a good thrilling murder mystery that’s for sure. My husband really probably is enjoying it more than me!! Spooky & creepy feelings arised in me while watching it so far. Full-on storylines within the main story line! This DVD holds the full first series. This series is not funny – don’t watch this if you can only cope with comedies or chic-flicks!! This ‘Trapped’ series is ‘in your face’ kind of stuff. Not for the faint-hearted!
I’m actually quite surprised at how much I loved this show considering it has subtitles (wasn’t expecting that)! But it is really, really good!
It centres around a remote Icelandic town where a body is discovered and with this body comes secrets, intrigue and a town with a lot of their own demons that they’d as soon have kept hidden.
This is definitely a binge-worthy show that makes you wonder how late is TOO late to stay up watching, as you try and guess who the murderer is.
Highly recommended!
