Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory will play host to the debut Australian show of Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs this October. He has been announced as part of the impressive line up for Falls and Southbound in 2012 and 2013 respectively but before that some lucky Sydney-siders will be able to head out and see the exclusive one-off show in October.
It was mid-2010 that Orlando Higginbottom AKA ‘Totally Enormous extinct Dinosaurs’ released his third EP and the track ‘Household Goods’ which was the track that brought him to the attention of millions of music lovers globally.
The debut LP was finally released earlier this year, titled ‘Trouble’ and released through Polydor Records (Universal in Australia). It wasn’t long before the LP made it to #1 on the Australian electronic album charts and began collecting worldwide praise from fans, critics and media alike.
Considering the rarity of a debut album featuring tracks as mature as jams like “Tapes & Money”, “Garden”, “You Need Me on My Own” and “Stronger”, it’s little wonder why the young producer from Oxford (UK) has radio waves and blogs around the world buzzing with his overt musicality and scarily on-point jungle dance intuition.
The unique live show is currently thrilling audiences across the world and is sure to do the same when Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs plays the first ever Australian show in Sydney this October.
This show is sure to sell out fast so get in quick when tickets go on sale at 9am Monday the 6th of August 2012.
There will be a secret special guest supporting Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs at the Oxford Art Factory but their identity will not be revealed until closer to the date, also joining the party will be the Future Classic DJs.

My blurb went missing… so now I have to bring you a new one. One that is a little broader too.
I devour books, vampires and supernatural creatures are my genre of choice but over the past couple of years I have broadened my horizons considerably.
I inhale music, hair metal that satisfies my inner bogan is where my musical passion lies, but again I’ve been exposed to lots of different music I wouldn’t normally listen to and have broadened those horizons also.
In a nutshell – I love to write! I love interacting with a diverse range of artists to bring you interviews.
Perhaps we were perfect before – I LOVE WORDS! Reading, writing, speaking, listening – if it’s got words I’m there!
